3rd Annual Louisiana Acadiana Chapter Sporting Clays Shoot

BENEFITTING: Proceeds will be used for promoting hunting culture and conservation within our community, as well as allowing our organization to contribute to local charities. 100% of money raised stays in our local chapter to be used in the Acadiana area.
DATE: Friday, June 8, 2018.
WHERE: This event will take place at the GOL GUN CLUB, Maurice, LA
FORMAT: 17 Station sporting clays course – FOUR (4) man teams.
TIME: Registration begins @ 10:30 am/Safety meeting @ 11:45 AM with 12:00 PM Competition start time. Pre- register to guarantee a spot for your team in the tournament.
REGISTRATION: $500 per (4) man team or $125 per individual shooter. If you wish to shoot on the same team with your friends and/or guest, submit all names and entry fees on one application. If you have a partial team or are a single, you will be assigned to a team. Entry is upon receipt of payment. 1st come – 1st served!
CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS:
PLATINUM LEVEL: $1,500
As a platinum sponsor your name or company logo will appear on the main sponsor board, 1 station sponsor, 1
SCI Logo Ice chest and canvas shell bag for each team shooter. This level of sponsorship makes you eligible to
enter 2 teams in the tournament (8 shooters).
GOLD LEVEL: $1,250
As a gold sponsor your name or company logo will appear on the main sponsor boar, 1 station sponsor, 1 SCI
Logo soft cooler and canvas shell bag for each team shooter. This level of sponsorship makes you eligible to enter 1 team in the tournament (4 shooters).
SILVER LEVEL: $1,000
As a silver sponsor your name or company logo will appear on the main sponsor board, 1 station sponsor and canvas shell bag for each team shooter. This level of sponsorship makes you eligible to enter 1 team in the tournament (4 shooters).
TEAM (4 MAN) ENTRY: $500 – Each team shooter will received a canvas shell bag
STATION SPONSOR: $200 – Get great recognition at YOUR station! A sign acknowledging you or your company as the station sponsor will be prominently placed at the station.
PRIZES/AWARDS: Highest score over all (HOA) – Receive a gift
Lewis Class A,B,C – 1st place teams will receive trophies

Other Info: COME EAT WITH US! A delicious lunch will be provided. Serving at 11:00AM.
All registered shooters will be registered for door prizes. Shells are NOT INCLUDED!! Sporting clays is 100 rounds. BRING PLENTY OF SHELLS!! Only target/game load 2-3/4” s he lls , 7 -1/2, 8 or 9, maximum 1-1/8 oz. shot. Bring your own golf cart, or 4 wheel UTV.
Four wheel ATV’s are not allowed.
Directions: GOL Gun Club, 11919 LA-Hwy 697, Maurice, LA 70555.
From Lafayette take Hwy 167 Johnson St. south to Maurice. Continue through Maurice Hwy 167 to Hwy 697. Turn right and go approximately 2.5 miles to GOL on left (white fence).
